Well, there is definitely better weather here in Texas than in California. And by better, I mean worse : )This is a cloudburst as seen from our front balcony windows. The kids (and a couple of neighbors) were literally chased down the street by the rain as it came roaring in from the north. In my best 'redneck voice', "It sounded like a freight train was comin' right through the house!"
The "funder" and lightening is cool too - way more fun than the drizzle we get in California.
However...
It's 98 degrees and suffocatingly humid when the storm passes on by. Oy.
